Amazed by the Governor Bala Mohamed’s Civil Service Transformation that changed the narrative of the inherited bastardized civil service against its initial core mandate of setting a proper yardstick for human and capital development. The group of patriotic civil servant under the auspices of “The True Kaura loyalist” in the civil service of Bauchi state passionately appeals to governor Bala Mohamed to consider the most deserving person from Bauchi south as the next head of civil service of Bauchi state immediately when the incumbent Yahuza Haruna Adamu, Ningi would be retiring soon, for a better service delivery and productivity.
Leader of the forum, Comrade Ibrahim, made the appeal over the weekend, stressing it as a matter of concern, aim at strengthening the Renewed Hope of Governor Bala Mohammed con, who has already overhauled the civil service through numerous drives that adversely gingered the civil servants of the state, at the same time restored the fading glory of the service for optimum result which was in tandem with the lofty programs of His Excellency Governor Bala which can only be achieve through the support of the most deserving person from Bauchi south with additional more than five years of active service for best and quickest delivery.
Ibrahim further, says “our appeals is for the person who has over the years dedicated himself to the service to the state and has contributed significantly to the emergence of the incumbent government that came on board based on the confidence and track-record of achievements as in the areas of social services and capital development of the state.
Accordingly, “The decision to support the next head of civil service from the southern part is for fair-shared representation and responsibility among the three senatorial zones of the state, Despite me, ‘Comrade Ibrahim’ being held from the northern part of Bauchi state, begs Governor Bala Mohamed in the best interest of justice which tally with his lofty programs and equity to anoint the next Head of civil service of the state against any other deserving person (s) in few days ahead. For instance, since the assumption of this popular administration, the government had liman Bello and Nasiru held from the norther part of the state, while; Alhaji Ahmed Abubakar Ma’aji and Jibo were from Misau local government area in the central zone of Bauchi state, and Dr. lukshi who spent less than three weeks as head of service, held from Dass local government in Bauchi south. Therefore, we appeals to his Excellency, accept our formal plea to immediately after the formal retirement of Yahuza Adamu Haruna, Ningi who is by God’s grace would be going for retirement soon, therefore, in the interest of fidelity and loyalty to the government, we the three thousand “True Loyalists of Kaura Forum” heartily throws weight behind credible person from the zone to consolidate the gains of democracy in Bauchi state.
Other reasons we teamed-up to support rotation of the position to the southern part of the state so that he will redefine, restructure and rationalized the system, and the possible persons should have loyalty to the government beyond comment”.
Fortunately the zone has many capable hands to fill the position.
