IGP Announces Clamp Down On Biafra Groups

The Inspector –General of Police, IGP Solomon E. Arase NPM Fdc has ordered an immediate clamp down on person or group of persons inciting violence and social disorder across the country.

 

This directive becomes imperative owing to recent activities of members of the Movement for the Actualization of Sovereign States of Biafran (MASSOB) and the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in some parts of the country.

 

This operational order empowers the police to arrest anybody fomenting any act of violence or disorder, or any act inimical to the security of the nation. So far the following arrest have been made viz ; Anambra State – 4 ; Imo State – 6 ; Delta State – 11 and Abia State – 1.

The IGP further warns that all person so arrested for inciting violence, irrespective of their class or status in the society would be charged to court accordingly.

The youths have the right to conduct their rallies in their own land. No body should mess with them, unless they anre killing people or destroying properties. So long they are carrying peaceful rallies you and your men should leave them alone. Freedom of speech, right to assemble , freedom of press, are the basic human rights as engrained in the charters of the United Nations. Therefore, they must be allowed to exercise their rights in their lands. We are watching, and the world is watching.

    Freedom of Association, Right of Evangelisation, Freedom of Speech, for EVERY INDIGENOUS PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD is a Right U dare not Violate and go Free Worlwide.
