The appeal court today ruled in favor of the Peoples Democratic Party gubernatorial candidate in Bauchi State in the person of Senator Bala Mohammed.
All five pleadings of the appellant were dismissed by the Honorable Court of Appeal. The judgement of the Bauchi State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal was therefore affirmed.
