The Vice President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo yesterday commended the successful activities of Trader Moni held in Modern and Wurukum markets in Makurdi, Benue State.
The Vice President was supposed to be in Makurdi yesterday but could not make it as a result of undisclosed reasons. He however, communicated to the Trader Moni managers by assuring petty traders of getting more impact from Trader Moni.
He said that programme will be sustained so that it will continue to make significant impact on petty traders in Nigeria and called on Nigerians to have confidence in the programme as the Buhari-led administration would continue to sustain it and set the platform to go beyond 2023.
One of the Benue State managers of Trader Moni, Mrs Doris Doosuur Uva and one of those overseeing the activities of Trader Moni in Benue and Nigeria, Mr Odumosu Wasiu ensured the successful registration of petty traders for the loans and payment as well.
Any petty trader interested in the loans can contact any Trader Moni office or agent in their respective states of residence for registration and payment.
