Buratai Withdraws Soldiers From Nnamdi Kanu’s Home

Information reaching 247ureports.com indicates that the Nigerian military leaders have taken the decision to withdraw the soldiers previous staged around the home of the Biafra restoration leader, Nnamdi Kanu. According to available information, the soldiers were withdrawn following the crisis in Umuahia and in Aba yesterday.

The General Buratai lead offensive into the south east geo political zone particularly at the home of Nnamdi Kanu termed Operation Python Dance began a week ago. The call for support netted immediate result as members of IPOB in their thousands began arriving the home of Nnamdi Kanu from across the entire south east and south south regions. The buildup was quick. The military occupying forces resorted to mounting of strategic roadblocks to halt the arrival of the IPOB members heading to the home of their leader.

To this effect, the military occupying forces stopped some of the members along the road. They rode in buses. The military occupying forces arrested the buses and began merciless beating of the IPOB members. The attack by the occupying force resulted in the death of seven IPOB members at Isi Alangwa.

The news of the death of seven IPOB members spread quickly. The city of Aba turned to a war zone between the police, military occupying force and the IPOB. It became free for all. Total breakdown of security. The markets and commercial activities in Aba was grounded and shut. This was until the State governor, Dr. Ikpeazu declared a citywide curfew in Aba – that would last for three days.

Along with the curfew, the military occupying forces were withdrawn from the home of Nnamdi Kanu. Normalcy was restored.

Meanwhile, Nnamdi Kanu have yet to be seen publicly since the attack was launched by the occupying force.
