These were the charges brought against him by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

The members of IPOB and sympathizers of the Biafra movement took to the streets of Abuja. They were number into the thousands and were chanting Biafra freedom songs. The protest match was peaceful. They were accompanied by Nigerian federal police.
