Nnamdi Kanu Charged To Court Amidst Street Protests In Abuja



Information available to 247ureports.com indicates that the Leader Of The Indigenous Peoples Of Biafra [IPOB] and the host of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, has finally been charged to court today, Monday, November 23, 2015, at the Abuja Chief Magistrate Court for ‘Criminal Conspiracy’, ‘Managing And Belonging To Unlawful Society’ And ‘Criminal Intimidation’. These were the charges brought against him by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Meanwhile, the protest for the freedom of Nnamdi Kanu and for the agitation for the state of Biafra landed in Abuja today. The members of IPOB and sympathizers of the Biafra movement took to the streets of Abuja. They were number into the thousands and were chanting Biafra freedom songs. The protest match was peaceful. They were accompanied by Nigerian federal police.
