We decry the decision of Mr Ifeanyi Ubah, his handlers, and the leader of Labour Party to flag off their pre-emptive gubernatorial campaign in Anambra on a fraudulent note, by bringing a floor member of Accord Party to pose as APC Woman Leader, a position she never held, even in ACN.

We also understand that in the same event, the traditional ruler of Agulu was impersonated.

While acknowledging the indirect admission that APC is the party to beat in the November 16 gubernatorial race, we are concerned that Ubah thinks that he must fake membership and create decampees from all parties for his rally to be considered successful.

We note that this smacks of inferiority complex and bears no relevance to acceptability of a party or candidate.

However, we need to state that Ubah just walked into a self-made trap because the last has not been heard on this matter.

Mr Ubah and his cohorts fronted a woman Mrs Amaka Obi who made a shameful exit from ACN three years ago, having been screened out of the contest for Woman Leader in ACN, for reasons Labour Party will eventually not be proud of, when they discover it.

Having left for Accord Party through Defunct CPC, what she claimed to have torn on stage was neither ACN card nor APC card. Instead it is clearly Accord Party card by size and colour. Again she attended a rally of such import alone, while dropping the figure 400 to match the bogus lies scripted for her.

This underbellies the sense of judgement that rules in Labour Party

APC is in custody of unassailable evidence to this effect and will deploy it properly at the right time.

We warn that those who aspire to lead should have a sense of decency and bring reputation to the table. We note that the conduct exhibited by Uba is wrong headed action that borders on dishonesty which must be avoided by all who require the progress of Anambra State.

Actions like this and explain why his former company is now out of control and in the safety of Asset Management Company of Nigeria. Or how does one explain that a gubernatorial hopeful wilfully refused to pay a debt of N70 Billion, yet has so far sprayed N12 billion in cash in the streets of Anambra.

We advice Ubah to stay clear of the reputable track of APC, as light and darkness do not share space.

Once again we confirm to the general public that the ‘419’ witnessed in Onitsha as relayed by AIT on Thursday cannot convert an Accord Party member and drag the name of our great party into it.

We also seize this moment to reaffirm that APC is proud to be the only party in the frontline of Anambra’s November 16, gubernatorial race, with one clear candidate-Senator Dr Chris Ngige.

Labour Party, APGA-PDP and PDP are all fronting two candidates each. Labour Party has Mr Ifeanyi Ubah and Comrade Peter Nwosu. APGA parades Mr Willie Obiano and Chike Obidigbo, while PDP parades Senator Andy Uba and Mr Tony Nwoye. APC will not accept this illegal, illegitimate and immoral practice to prevail in the coming election.

Our candidate is at the moment pre-occupied with details of his laudable programmes for Anambra State which includes, Security in Anambra State, Free Education, Anambra Airport and even more roads.
