The ICT and Voters Registration Department of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Headquarters Abuja was gutted by fire in the early hour of Monday . Vital documents and used voters card were burnt beyond recognition. The cause of the fire cannot be ascertained at the time of this report .The fire was put out by combine effort of fire fighters from FCT and ,the officials National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and Civil Defence Corps . No casualty was recorded in the inferno.
