We have been looking for them since on Friday when he said he was leaving for Lokoja. Luckily, when we follow the road asking, a man who was in a motorcycle said that he was a Hilux car plunged into the river. We have made arrangement with the family to bury him in Abuja while the driver will be taken to St. Gerald Hospital in Kaduna. But as you can see, we hire all the equipment that we are using here including the ones sent from Abuja but we have not found them.

The group Managing Director of the NNPC Engr. Andy Yakubu is planning to send other equipment if the assembled equipment fails to achieve the task. We are still coming tomorrow sine we have not found them,” Abdullahi said

One of the sympathizers gathered at the accident scene, Inusa Bala spoke to our correspondent. He stated that, “the bridge has no shoulders that will protect vehicles if they miss control.  This is the old road before it was dualized. The bridge have been killing a lot of people because there is no shoulder,” he said

The Sarki Ruwa conducted the search for the Car and the people on board which help from passersby who had come from Abuja.

In trying to reach the men of Federal Road Safety Corps [FRSC] for reaction, they declined to speak our correspondent saying that they are not authorized to speak.
