As reported August 20 by Transport & Business Express,  Anambra State Governor, Mr. Peter Obi, had announced the naming of the  road which serves as the gateway to the South East as Chukwuemeka  Odumegwu Ojukwu Way during a ceremony in Ojukwu’s Nnewi country home to  signal the end of his mourning.
