Sen Stella Odua Emerges Winner Of APGA Anambra North Senatorial District Primary Election.

Former Minister for Aviation Senator Stella Odua has emerged as the Senatorial candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for Anambra North District.

This is coming as the Special Adviser to Governor Charles Soludo Dr Alex Obiogbolu who is one of the aspirant in the said election respected the supremacy of the party and urged his supporters to remain loyal to the party despite the outcome of the process.

National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Mazi Ejimofor Opara who had warned against believing in results issued through Social Media confirming the emergence of Sen Odua.

“The election was conducted peacefully across all 99 wards in Anambra North Senatorial District, and results were announced at the ward level. While concerns have been raised about some ward outcomes, no results were changed, altered, or swapped at any stage. All results remain as submitted and collated by the duly appointed Collation Officers for the 7 LGAs”

Anambra East:
Sen. Stella Oduah – 2,541;
Dr. Alex – 175;
Primus – 15,713;
Sir John – 557

Anambra West:
Sen. Stella Oduah – 1,639;
Dr. Alex – 1,472;
Primus – 821;
Sir John – 4,153

Ayamelum:
Sen. Stella Oduah – 1,668;
Dr. Alex – 2,330;
Primus – 777;
Sir John – 1,378

Oyi:
Sen. Stella Oduah – 2,306;
Dr. Alex – 376;
Primus – 2,104;
Sir John – 704

Onitsha North:
Sen. Stella Oduah – 1,140;
Dr. Alex – 1,258;
Primus – 77;
Sir John – 329

Onitsha South:
Sen. Stella Oduah – 2,663;
Dr. Alex – 733;

Opara attested that the above results are authentic and urged those that didn’t win to seek redress with online with the internal mechanisms of the party.

“APGA maintains that only results authenticated through the party’s collation and verification process are valid. Aspirants with grievances are advised to use the internal dispute resolution mechanisms provided in the party’s guidelines”

“We congratulate the winner of the primary election, Senator Stella Adaeze Oduah, and commend all aspirants for their participation. We also commend party members in Anambra North for conducting themselves in line with the party’s code of conduct” he affaimed.
