There is outrage over an alleged move to change the date of the Supreme Court hearing between Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, Emeka Ihedioha and Rochas Okorocha son in-law Uche Nwosu.
The impartial observers learnt that there is ongoing conspiracy to hurt the hearing by the Apex Court which is expected to begin on 31 of October, this year.
Investigation therefore revealed that there is ongoing fake report by a security chief to change the date of the hearing, which is seeking for an order for fresh Governorship election in Imo State between the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), PDP and the AA.
Already, the hearing notice marked SC/1384/2019 was earlier published on October 16 for the parties who’s lawyers are making serious preparation.
