The Muhammadu Buhari Presidency may have been effectively hijacked as members of the notorious Mamman Daura cabal are allegedly demanding and collecting $1.5 million from ministerial hopefuls.
US based journalist and social media influencer Jackson Ude disclosed this in a Twitter thread on Sunday.
The Buhari’s Presidency has been hijacked. The hijackers are feeding fat because of the aloofness and incompetence of the President. They are demanding and collecting $1.5million from wannabe Ministers.

The hijackers are the fulani members of the Buhari cabal who have edged out the Kanuris. They want to control all and keep the likes of Abba Kyari in the dark, a source in the Presidency told me.

Elrufai, who is now the de facto Chief of staff to Buhari, was asked by Mamman Daura to draw up the list of Ministers. Daura is the head of the Buhari Cabal.

Elrufai edged out all the Kanuris in the cabal including Abba Kyari and NSA Monguno who are Kanuris and invited Hadiza Bala Usman, to work with him in compiling the list of Ministers. Anyone who wants to be Minister, goes to them and they are told what to do.

Former ministers who are hungry to return have been running around seeking to make the list. And the condition to make the list? A whooping $1.5million paid into a HSBC Dubai account in Dubai allegedly owned by the Fulani Cabal in the Presidency.

So far, Solomon Dalung who recently boasted that nobody can stop his return as Minister, has paid. Former Communications Minister, Adebayo Shittu and Ogbonnaya Onu, have allegedly paid through Hadiza Bala Usman as the conduit pipe, according to my Presidential informant.

Nigerians wishing for a better Buhari’s second term are going to be in shock to see the list of ministers including buffoons who have absolutely nothing to offer a 21dt century Nigeria.
— Jackson Ude (@jacksonpbn) June 23, 2019
I certainly know the hawks and the Buhari cabal would come denying. I dare them to swear by the Quran that they never did all I have alleged. They can even come to New York and sue if they feel I have maligned them. I am keeping paper trails and waiting for who can dare!

The Nigerian Presidency has neither confirmed nor denied the report. SIGNAL could not reach presidential spokesman Garba Shehu for comments at the time of filing this report.
There are indications that President Buhari may send the list of his ministerial list to the Senate next month, according to a report by Punch.
A former minister, who served in the first term of Buhari’s government, said he believed that the President would send the list in order to avoid the mistake of the past when he waited for six months to appoint ministers in his first term.
