86 Luxury Vehicles Confiscated From A Corrupt Government Director, Ibrahim TUMSA

These are part of the pictures of the 86 luxury vehicles confiscated from a corrupt government director, Ibrahim TUMSA and his brother (Secretary of the Committee for the Reconstruction of North East), Tijjani TUMSA. Why does one need 86 state of the art vehicles to be happy or comfortable? Besides, why must your quest to gratify your epicurean taste be at the expense of millions of citizens? While Boko Haram has destroyed many homes and families in the North East, these greedy and highly insensitive brothers are stealing billions out of which is the billions dedicated for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of those ravaged by B’Haram in their state of Yobe. How can one expect Allah to grant him peace of mind or a blessed family? This is sheer madness. They require psychiatric evaluation. There is no sense in it even if one pursue honest labour and acquire 86 luxury cars and Jeeps at a time your less privileged brothers and sisters cannot afford N2000 for medication or three square meals far day. Unfortunately, in our society, stealing public money is perceived as a mark of “success” and “divine blessings.”
If white collar thieves are not held in contempt and severely punished for their crimes against the people, our country would hardly achieve the goals of good governance. In a so-called oil rich Nigeria, poverty is ravaging the ordinary people while those entrusted with public offices continue to steal their resources. This is so because the rich and powerful manipulate the laws so well that they can steal with impunity. Another taste for PMB’s anti-corruption ‘war’.
