The new Minister of Water Resources, Alhaji Suleiman Adamu on Thursday
said he will consider effective planning before any water project is
executed.
Adamu said it was important to manage Federal Government resources,
yet achieve results in transforming the sector.
He was welcomed by the new Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Rabiu Jimeta
while resuming to office.
“If we cannot finish some of our projects, we must do our best because
government is a continuum but we must definitely try our best. Our
projects must be planned before embarking on it and we don’t need to
rush things.”
Jimeta replaced Istifanus Musa who pledged his continuous support.
