Information reaching 247ureports.com from sources in Bauchi State indicate that the Governor of Bauchi State, Barrister Mohammed Abubakar has reacted to sack his Director of Communication, Ibrahim Sani over embarrassing report published by 247ureports.com titled Bauchi Governor Awards Son N950m Contract, State Assembly Stops N1b Loan.
According to the available information, the Governor had reacted to the report by summoning his Director of Communication to his office on Wednesday September 9, 2015 – to explain why he was not able to stop the report from being published. Particularly, the Governor was angered because the Director of Communication had a heads up of the report before it was published. Our correspondent had requested for the government’s view to the report – and the Director of Communication offered the Government view.
