The Governor thanked the Aba people for the understanding and cooperation they have  shown in the face of the massive infrastructural renewal exercise going on in the city, stressing that  the progress  so far made would not have been possible without their solidarity.

He  a used the occasion to re-assure  the people that the Aba project is dear to his heart and that  all his campaign promises would be fulfilled to the letter.
