The Ogun State Police Command said it has recovered the head of the
two-year-old child who was beheaded at Ofada village in Obafemi Owode
Loal Government Area of Ogun State.
The spokesperson of the command, Mr Muyiwa Adebajo, stated this in a
statement issued in Abeokuta on Thursday.
The police arrested a suspected ritual killer on April 1 for beheading
a baby after raping the mother.
The suspect however failed to disclose where the head was or what he
did with it.
He said on Tuesday, the suspect led a police investigation team to a
bush at the Mokola area of Ibadan where the head was recovered from a
