Information reaching 247ureports.com indicates that the governor of Imo State, Rochas Owelle Okorocha has been suspended by the leadership of All Progressive Grand Alliance [APGA]. According to the information received, the leadership of the party suspended the Imo State governor over alleged anti-party activities. The Anambra State governor and the Imo State had been at loggerheads over the control of the party – APGA.
Rochas Okorocha’s suspension may not be unconnected with the recent reconciliation between the National Chairman of the APGA and the Governor of Anambra State.
