The Delta State Police Command has taken the Commissioner for Secondary Education, Dr. Kingsley Ashibogwu, into custody along with four other suspects, in connection with the death of Unity Ekpevbughe Adeda, a Deputy Director in the state Ministry of Secondary Education.
