Those of us familiar with Comrade Uba Sani’s political antecedents would testified to the humility of the Governor of Kaduna state when he sets out to achieve a goal.
You might mistaken his demeanour for weakness. Largely a victim of misconception. Undermine Senator Uba at your own Peril. Compared to Nasir Elrufai his predecessor in office, Elrufai a blockbuster in human form. He does not merely seized public attention, he throttled it with it pinned to the ground to demand applause.
Those whom he claimed once loved him when he rode rough on his political opponents like Sulieman Hunkuyi, Lawal Yakawada, Senator Shehu Sani would happily throw him into a shark at this time with the recent developments in the state. El Rufai who once claimed to have retired some politicians in the state and reduced Shehu Sani to a blogger has found solace in television and the Facebook. Like a victim of personality disorders, he paints a picture of a tragic hero who is struggling to be remembered after eight as governor in Kaduna.
He struggles to put a watery defence most of the time exhibiting shallow and pedantic reasoning over key political issues with subtle jabs and sarcastically .
Like every tragic hero one could conclude that the former governor Elrufai has arrived at a point of self actualisations.
