Prof. Chukwuma Soludo is bringing something different on the table and has promised to hit the ground running from the first day of his swear-in as Governor Obiano’s successor. We know he is a gentleman in a hurry who is always eager to deliver.
Recognizing the fact that Anambra is a commercially driven state, Soludo has said he is ready to inject new technology ideas that would see trade and commerce move to a new level.
Fact is, other states would come down to learn how to revitalize their businesses. Whatever he did with MINTS that made the once-moribund establishment kickback life and became a profitable organization, he will replicate it by way of aggregation, warehousing, and e-commerce.
In Akpo community (Aguata LG), Soludo declared that his administration will partner with reputable business schools and consultants to develop structured training/mentorship programs on the business models/opportunities. His administration will deploy multimedia, including mobile ICT, to give our traders scalable skills ahead of the changing time.
On November 6, Ndi Anambra will in their numbers head to their polling units to vote for Soludo whose administration will ensure that a new department, Export -to- Import Department shall be created from ANSIPPA which will specifically assist our traders to forge durable and profitable partnership with their overseas partners.
Knowing the man Soludo and what he is set to do, he has equally assured that his administration will not only re-invent and strengthen the Igbo apprenticeship system. He has assured he will back it up by introducing a mobile education system on business management skills and global business opportunities and models to the traders.
To sustain a working relationship between “nwaboy” and “oga”, Soludo will provide a legislative framework for the system in order to safeguard the rights and obligations of the both.
We recognise the fact that when a manifesto is too good, it will provoke thoughts and attract discussion. It is not surprising that Akpo stakeholders are already in possession of the Soludo Solution – People’s Manifesto.
