This is as the source revealed the administration of Hope Uzodimma have failed to pay the salaries of workers for several months. And, it had been kept a secret.

Confirming the information was Honorable Anyadike from Ezinihitte, Mbaise – a member of the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP]. He states the State Assembly had been converted to a rubber stamp assembly without the moral fortitude to call the Governor to his failure to pay State Workers their wages.

It was understood from sources that the Hope Uzodimma administration had drawn draconian measures against any state worker who would dare speak up about their situation. The few who had dared to speak up were silently and mercilessly dealt with. This action has in affect led to the total silencing of the State workforce.
