APGA Proscribes All Unconstitutional Bodies, Forums, Groups And Structures In The Party

Loading ...TAKE NOTICE THAT The National Working Committee (NWC) during its meeting of April 4, 2018, held at the APGA National Secretariat, Abuja, received report of the existence of unconstitutional bodies, groups, forums and structures such as
STATE CHAIRMEN’S FORUM
LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMEN’S FORUM
WARD CHAIRMEN’S FORUM etc, being operated by some Members and Officers of the Party and considered their impact on the progress and stability of the party and decided that all such unconstitutional bodies, groups and structures such as those mentioned above and all others by whatever name known or called, which are neither provided for by the APGA Constitution nor approved by the NWC are proscribed outright.
Also, it directed all Leaders of such unconstitutional bodies, groups, forums and structures to disband them forthwith.
More so, the body resolved that failure by the affected Officers and Members to comply with the above directives they will face disciplinary actions; *including suspension, expulsion and even legal redress in compliance with the Party’s Constitution.*
