The Governor of Bauchi State, Barrister Abubakar, today, was honored with a chieftaincy titled and/or was turbaned according to customs in Akko local government are in Gombe State.
According to information available to 247ureports.com, the mother of the governor hails from Akko LGA in Gombe State. The governor had built and donated an Islamic Primary School and a mosque to the people of Akko local government area. Today, he commissioned the primary school and the mosque after he was turbaned. From the commissioning ceremony, the governor proceeded to Garin Baraya, his mother’s birth place to flag off road construction. The road is to lead from Garin Baraya to Akko main town about 20kilometers stretch.
