…Gidado to be replaced come 2019

A call to rescue Bauchi State…

Our success won’t depend on tough talk, or abandoning our values, or giving into fear, as what others are hoping for. Instead, we will prevail by being strong and smart, resilient and relentless, and by drawing upon every aspect of our leadership.

Gov_Abubakar of Bauchi State probably peeps into the future, realising that his lack of capacity could have consequential effects on him come 2019. As such he resorts to nepotism as a forecast Savior to bury his underperformances as we’ve witnessed in a statement contained in one internal memorandum designed to be his road map to 2019 re-election despite the lopsided appointments of ‘yes sir, come go’ aides made over the year. He was obviously being tormented by fear of the unknown, as he is unable to guarantee the existence of his people.

Complaints upon complaints, inheritance upon inheritance as if the masses elected a government of complaints and inheritance. Obviously, the APC government in my state has failed the Bauchi State citizens. The fruits of our labour remains deceptions and unfulfilled promises, which resorted to forecast replacement of his deputy (Engr. Gidado) despite his commitments towards smooth democratic conveniences.

It’s clear that, the government lacked the capacity to successfully pilot the affairs of the state, as the party itself is riddled with crippled governance. You cannot expect the masses to be pleased with the selective nature of the local government Chairmen having links to superior powers under your command as they were allegedly hand-picked while the  masses choice (to be emerged through election) were left out. You promised to conduct elections of local government chairmen after your victory while hunting for votes and massive support that brought you to power. On a contrary, all promises remain abortive as you failed to dance with the tune of order by disrespecting public opinions. Blindfoldedly refused to come to their aid for the glory Of Service.

Dear political parties, righteous politicians, Youths and Other philanthropist. Evil always prevail, when good people failed to act. I throw this challenge to all those who care about our state and it’s future. We have a duty to leave a better legacy for our successors. We have a responsibility to create a home to be proud of. We need to return to a place where to be Bauchi citizen is to be great. Where everyone enjoys the minimum standard of life. Where the accident of birth is not the sole determinant of our prospects. We need to take our rightful place as great people.

If inequality persist within the state, we can only expect more violence, continues suffering, insecurity of lives and properties than we’ve yet experienced. In the face of runaway inflation, hardship and growing discontent among the citizenry, we’re bound to face a dire consequences unless measures are put in place to quickly correct the state’s deteriorating situations.

We’re sitting on a keg of gunpowder. The day it will explode, it will consume us. This is not the change we voted for. People of Bauchi State demands apology over misrepresentations and crippled governance. Gov_Abubakar may have really spoken good words and made blind promises in hope to do well in the future but the fact remains that, what is on ground is in no way promising. It doesn’t! It should have been promising if Abubakar has been living up to his campaign promises.

Stay tuned on the editions of my next episode. A rescue mission…
