He therefore, urged the in-coming Commissioner of Police to continue form where his predecessor left, saying it is encouraging to know that most of the senior Police officers that assisted his predecessor to succeed are still working in the state Police Command.

In his remarks, earlier, Alhaji Muhammad Musa Katsina said the encouragement he received from the governor enabled him to achieve. “Never have I received such felicitation and goodwill in the past 30 years of my career, as I received from the government and people of Kano state” he stated.

He hoped other state governors will emulate Governor Ganduje, to enable the Police render efficient services to Nigerians living in their respective states.
