  2. Mohd sabo keana
  3. Rev Joel Galadima

As gathered, the announcement of the panel and its members brought a glimmer of hope to the pro-Al Makura group who saw the members of the panel as friendly to the Governor. Meanwhile, the special adviser on public affairs to the Governor of Nasarawa State, Hon. Kwarra insists that the Government of Nasarawa State will be left with no choice that to seek legal redress at the courts. He told 247ureports.com that the Governor had already exhausted all possible political avenues to open a dialogue with the members of the State Assembly in order to resolve the matter but it failed.

The courts are on strike now once they resume we will file a lawsuit“, stated Hon. Kwarra as he explained that once the court reopen the governor will file his suit. He also questioned how the Chief Judge was served the notice to constitute a 7-man panel – if the courts were on strike. According to the Governor’s aide, the Chief Judge should not be able to constitute the panel since the courts are on strike.
