Below are photographs [36 in number] showing the present conditions at the Community High School in Aguluzigbo – the hometown of the National Chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance [APGA], Chief Victor Umeh.
The photographs shows abandonement by both the APGA leadership and the administration of Peter Obi – after 8 years.
The school is also located less than 5kilometers from the home of the Governor, Mr. Peter Obi.
The people of Aguluzigbo and the immediate surrounding communities appear unhappy and/or unsettled by the continued bazaar of billion Naira donations by the Governor of Anambra State to private institutions and to Church organizations.
Interesting to note that experts estimate that it will cost less than N1billion to renovate the entire dilapidated school infrastructures littered around the State.Â
The question then becomes why would the Governor chose to give away billions of Naira to Churches and private organizations instead of renovating Anambra schools? To what value is education to Anambra children?
