> The former Anambra state chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) and now the Director General of the Ifeanyi Ubah Campaign Organization, Chief Dan Ulasi has said that Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah remains the candidate to beat in the Anambra state governorship election billed for November 16.

>  Chief Ulasi stated this during a meeting of the campaign directors at Nnewi yesterday, noted with relish that Dr Ubah and his team have so far taken his governorship aspiration and message to every nooks and crannies of the state. That he enjoys unprecedented acceptance, followership and love among the state’s electorate form among all class and genders.

> He said that it is such that no opposition would ever stop his resolve to give quality governance to the citizens, adding that it has become a collective movement of Anambra people.

> Ubah, according to the DG has been sensitising the state’s citizens for the past eight months with a solemn promise to liberate the state from the powers that had kept her perpetually down, for so many years now.

> Hear him, “You will agree with me that Ifeanyi Ubah is the only candidate in this election, other parties are still in court over who their candidates are five weeks to the governorship election, how can they compete favourably against us .” he queried rhetorically.

> Chief Ulasi said that the struggle by Ubah and his Labour Party has gained so much currency that there is hardly any week he doesn’t recieve one form of endorsment or the other from various groups across the state where individuals and groups donate cash, cars, buses, motorcycles and other tangible materials towards Dr Ifeanyi Ubah campaign efforts unlike
> what it used to be, when so much demand is made from an aspirant or
> candidate”.
