Boko Haram: Four JTF Soldiers Killed in Bomb Blast in Maiduguri

Information available to 247ureports.com through sources within the government house in Borno State indicate that four army attacked with the Joint Task Force in Kwanan Yobe Maiduguri, Borno State.

The multiple bomb blast occurred at 3:30pm on Friday February 10, 2012 near a customs office when the suspected Islamic terrorist group attacked the patrol vehicle of the soldiers.

The corpses of the murdered soldiers have been deposited at UMTH morgue.



Details remain sketchy but the attacks comes on the heels of the capture and arrest of Kabiru Umar Sokoto today.

  1. Just a point of correction as to the casualty. Only one of the JTF team members (soldier) died in the course of the attack, while others sustained injuries.
