Gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Anambra state Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu has accused Governor Charles Soludo of claiming projects embarked upon by his predesassors contending that he never initiated them .
Making this contention while playing host to a large delegate of women professionals who visited him at the APC State Headquarters in Awka in a solidarity courtesy visit, Ukachukwu insisted that Soludo should give the former Governors credit for those projects
Ukachukwu who was represented by a former lawmaker Hon Tim Ifedioranma wondered why Soludo kept ascribing life transforming projects of his predecessors to himself.
“Does he really assume we all are toddlers without any sense of history?
“What former Govs Chris Ngige, Peter Obi etc did in the state for years are what Soludo came within 3 and half years to squander”
A Director ikukuoma and Iyom campaign council Hon. Sir Tony Uche Ezekwelu said “APC is a winning party, advising the women not to be deceived but to rather vote for APC on November 8 election.
He said the roads built in the state are from federal government , not Soludo who claims he built them.
He encouraged the women to vote right for APC for the positive future of their children , the state and country at large.
The women professionals who were from the 21 local government areas in the state officially endorsed Prince Ukachukwu candidacy the election.
According to the leader of APC Professionals ,Dr Ugoeze Vivian Obi, the Southeast Zonal Coordinator expressed unflinching support for the APC.
Dr Ugoeze Obi admitted that the party’s candidate is imbued immense potentials for the development and transformation of Anambra State in particular and the South East geopolitical zone for a start.
She advised women irrespective of the race, creed or social class to support Ukachukwu, stressing that he is a man of passion for humanity.
That he’s well known to always stand for his people and anything he believes in.
The Anambra State Coordinator of the group, Evang Lillian Okeke urged women all over Anambra to come en masse, support and vote APC, the ruling party so that our unemployed youth who have been roaming the streets become gainfully employed via Federal might and connection to the centre.
She noted that Ukachukwu has already promised of creating job opportunities for the state and providing of agriculture loans for farmers, and many other life enhancing opportunities for the citizens.
The woman leader said, “, Ukachukwu has pledged to champion initiatives that will further uplift women and youths, and create more opportunities for their growth and advancement.”
