Information coming of the national assembly indicates that two members of the national assembly will be defecting to the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP].
This information was made public by the spokesman of the opposition lawmakers coalition – Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere – in a statement which reads below:
–
Two federal lawmakers to decamp to PDP tomorrow as a result of the ongoing PDP restructuring, which led to the NWC sack of Samuel Anyanwu(Wike’s ManFriday) as Secretary and his replacement with Hon. Setonji Koshoedo as acting secretary.
The NWC action is gradually returning confidence, and the decampment tomorrow which I have been informed shows that if the right things are done, PDP can still be rescued.
The Expulsion of Wike, Anyanwu, Ortom, Ugwuanyi, Ikpeazu must be carried out now, and the process of appointment of substantive National Chairman of PDP from North central completed.
