News filtering from Isiala Mbano has it that the Local Government headquarters have come under heavy attack.
A video sighted by our correspondent showed buildings and vehicles on fire with the recorder describing what happened there.
Other yet to be confirmed reports has it that many people have lost there lives in the attack.
