Gov Bala Mohammed presents official vehicles to 20 LGA Dep. Chairmen

Bauchi State Governor Dr Bala Mohammed has today presented new cars to the 20 deputy caretaker committee chairmen of the state.

Presenting the vehicles on behalf of Governor, the Honorable Commissioner Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Hon Ahmad Aliyu Sarkin Jalam

urged them to bring development and identify with them at all times.

Governor Mohammed said the official vehicles would make it easier for them to reach out to communities in their areas and impact positively on the well-being of the people.

The Governor charged them to continue carrying out their duties as representatives of the people, and he called on them to work with the Caretaker Committee Chairmen of their respective local governments to make sure everything works successfully for the good people of Bauchi State.

Hon. Mato Zugur, the deputy caretaker of the Bauchi local government area responded on behalf of the other deputy caretakers of the twenty local government areas, appreciated the gesture by the Governor, and promised to consolidate and complement the governor’s giant strides of Governor Bala which is the development and growth of Bauchi State.

The deputy caretaker chairmen of the 20 local government areas of the state pledged their undiluted loyalty and support to the Governor Bala-led Administration and promised to back several programs and policies for the growth and transformation of the state.
