A yet-to-be-confirmed number of soldiers have been killed in Umunze, Orumba South Local Government Area of Anambra State.
According to videos currently trending on the social media, the soldiers, numbering over three in number were on patrol duties, before a group of armed hoodlums attacked and murdered them.
Although the detail of the event is still sketchy, the amateur videos from the scene of the attack show about three soldiers on a their uniforms lying in the pool of their blood.
All efforts still get the reaction of the Spokesperson of the Anambra State Police Command proved abortive, as he declined to comment on the incident.
