How can we think of resolving insecurity issues in a society when those that are at the lead of the battle with insecurity are also hunted. Battle cannot be won without the help of someone close to the defeated. Despite their effort and struggle to end insecurity and criminal act in the country, some are after their lives. This has brought drastic changes in the war and had stopped the flow of water from the river over the years.
News of the death of chief of Army staff sent ripples of shock down the spine in all directions. We hold in grief and anguish for loosing a giant hero. COAS was known as a brave man till his death. After his appointment in January 2021, hope was seen in the nation’s security, seeing the path he has taken to tackle challenges in the security sector that has been disturbing the atmospheric peace of the nation. News of his death and other team members in a plane crash awaken the countries headlines. Sad it was for heros to fall, not only falling but falling flat. Fear erupted like the volcano in the minds of citizens who saw hope for the nation’s security.
Indeed you will be remembered with your team members in your fight for the nation and history shall be fair to you. Heros are remembered and respect in the society for what they have done. Your name will never fade away in the nation’s history, for your contributions were acknowledged.
