The Anambra State Polytechnic, Mgbakwu has flung open the doors of its internally generated revenue (IGR) sources to augment its finance base.
The drive which targeted food processing, bakery/pastries, crop/farm produce, fisheries/aquaculture, and poultry amongst others would also advance the creation of jobs for citizens including her graduates.
The Anambra state Commissioner for Tertiary Education and Solid Minerals, Bar Mrs Sally Mbanefo performed the flag off ceremony at the school premises.
In a brief remark at the event, Mrs Mbanefo eulogized the dogged efforts of the state governor Chief Willie Obiano for the wonderful works and transformation he brought in the educational sector of the state.
She reiterated the need for efficiency and genuine commitment as the major factor that will drive the process in other to achieve the targeted goal and results.
The Commissioner urged all stakeholders for synergy, team work, accountability and transparency in the discharge of their assigned duties.
