An Abuja federal high court presided over by Hon Justice Chikere has restrained Chief Ikechi Emenike from parading himself as the gubernatorial candidate of APC in Abia State for the 2019 General election.
The order further re affirms the candidature of Dr Uche Ogah as the authentic Candidate of APC for the 2019 General Election.
The interim order was made yesterday when the legal team of Dr Uche Ogah approached the court to stop the nuisance of Chief Emenike whoparades himself as the gubernatorial candidate of APC for the said election.
