Justice A.O. Chijioke of Aba High Court, had on 4th October, ordered all parties to the dispute to stay action on the building known as call Dandiko Plaza, until the determination of the matter.
Counsel to Madubuike, Edwin Okoro, had given undertaking to the High Court that his client will not tamper with the property, while the businessman also made an affidavit in the High Court promising not to tamper with the property.
However, in collusion with lawyers of Ideato Chambers , Okoro and Madubuike went to an Aba South Magistrate Court and fraudulently obtained an order to demolish the building.
