We the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) and it’s leadership worldwide under the command and leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu condemn the illegal declaration made by Nigerian army labeling the most popular and peaceful freedom fighting organization in the world today as a terrorist organization. We found the statement made by Nigerian army a laughable and caricature army are making themselves because in whatever be the case Nigerian army has no right or power to labeling IPOB a terrorist group while the case still in the court. It is the duty of Nigerian court to decide the between the Nigerian government and IPOB under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
Loading ...We challenge the Nigerian government and her security operatives to stop their barbaric and unprovoked attacks to unarmed and innocent civilians who have not been involved in any act of crime or violence since the inception of this struggle for Biafra independence championed by IPOB. It’s very appalling that south East govrnors will always stoop so low to allow Hausa fulani core not to teleguide them in their meeting at Enugu in collaborating with security operatives to eliminate their people whom they suppose to protect because they want re election of political office in 2019.
It is imperative, we are still not in doubt that Nigerian government and her security operatives especially the Nigerian army cannot win this battle and don’t have the temerity to label IPOB under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu a terrorist group while the case between the Nigerian and IPOB under Mazi Nnamdi Kanu still in the the federal high court Abuja.
It is very clear to all sundry rightly today that this action in which the Nigerian army started killing innocent Biafran populations in the name of pursuing criminals in every part of Biafraland at the same time labeling every members of IPOB one of the most peaceful freedom fighting organization in the world as a terrorist group is an indicative that the Hausa Fulani fundamentalists are out to complements the laid down agendas kept for them by their fore fathers Usman Dan Fodio in which through this killings and intimidations they present caliphate in Sokoto deemed necessary to follow the steps to wipe out Biafrans in which they believe will pave ways for them to sink their Holy Korean into the sea in the Southern part of this contraption called Nigeria. The Fualani herdsmen has been involved in killing and ravaging including destroying farm crops without any record of arrest or detention of any sort since the inauguration of this present government led by Major General Muhammadu Buhari but the solders always assist them whenever they are on mission to kill Christians.
We are also aware that the whole world including the Hausa fundamentalist knows that they cannot win this war against IPOB because it is on record in every part of Biafraland and the world over that since the inception that IPOB activities never harm anybody or group in Biafraland both in diaspora including foreign citizens and those strangers living in any part of Biafraland. The peaceful approach applied by IPOB under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu win more converts every day in spite of the attacks, killings, intimidation and high handedness melted upon the innocent civilians and peaceful members of IPOB. IPOB cannot accept the statement credited to Nigeria army of labeling its peaceful organization a terrorist group.
We also condemn the Nigerian government using her security operatives especially the Nigerian army and police officers killing our people every day and the killing still going on till today. It was reliably informed that the newly appointed police commissioner went to our leaders continue their raiding where he went his team of police men with 3 hilux jeeps including the commissioner’s car Prado jeep himself went to destroy house and cars in Nnamdi Kanu compound yesterday been 16th September 2017. We are putting the world on notice to be aware of all these acts perpetrated against our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB members by Nigerian army and police since the inception of this struggle for Biafra independence.
However,  the case is coming on the 17 October 2017, if the Nigerian governments have a superior arguments to challenge our leader Mazi Kanu and IPOB members worldwide they should come to the competent court of jurisdiction to table their case not parading themselves in a s terrorist in Nigeria army and police uniforms. The only constituted authority that can declare IPOB a terrorist group is a competent court of jurisdiction in Nigeria therefore it is unacceptable by IPOB members worldwide and other well meaning individuals and groups across the globe to label IPOB a terrorist group.
