Information reaching our news desk from the office of the national president, Musical Products Dealers Association of Nigeria(MPDAN) has revealed that plans are underway to perpetually ban any music produced by any musician fingered for the act of homosexual or lesbianism
According to reliable sources, the action was geared towards stamping out the barbaric act in the entertainment industry, which it was learnt has for years now, gained unwanted ground in the industry.
The MPDAN in a meeting at their Onitsha office recently, took time and deliberated on the matter and came up with resolution to suspend marketing any music produced by any musician who engages in the stupid acts as for now, promising to ban such music perpetually in few weeks time.
On what prompted MPDAN to adopt the resolution, it was authoritatively gathered that the action was to demonstrate the dealers displeasure over the court action instituted against the MPDAN by Prince Okeke who is accused of having allegedly being involved in homosexual activities for years.
Our sources hinted that the MPDAN will soon meet to discuss what will be the condition of any of their member who may like to cut short in patronising the homosexual and lesbian artistes in the industry.
Efforts made to reach the National President, Musical Products Dealers Association of Nigeria, Mr. Chosen Man for comment hit at the rock but a notable gospel artiste, Prince Chinedu Nwadike when contacted through his mobile phone was of the view that MPDAN should first of all, suspend or ban the music of the artiste whom his case is now at hand.
