Information reaching 247ureports.com indicates that the agents of the DSS have gone on a rampage against the Judiciary. On the night of October 7, 2016 at about 10pm, armed DSS men invaded the house of Supreme Court Judge, Justice Silvester Ngwuta.
According to a “save our soul” text message, “Justice Ngwuta’s house at House number two Supreme Court Complex Opposite Federal High Court has been locked down and the judge who is helpless now is about to be arrested as his House is been forced open“.
While the assault on the Supreme Court Judge was going on, the DSS men surrounded the home of two more judges. They pounced on Justice Ademola and Justice Dimgba of the Federal High Court Abuja in a bid to forcefully arrest them for giving judgement against DSS.
Already Justice Pindiga who has been arrested is being transported to Abuja.
There are no evidence the Justices have broken any laws. The invasion of the homes of the Justices followed no known warrants.
