Just like the widely held Chinue Achebe’s “Things Fall Apart”, the Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District in the hallowed chambers of the National Assembly (NASS), Chief Peter Nwaoboshi and the Delta State governor, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa has fallen apart just as the former has accused the state governor of been behind his predicament.

Barr. Nwaoboshi also fingered Okowa of sponsoring petitions against him to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), as part of Okowa’s plans to rubbish politically.

According to the Delta North Senator, the state governor is scared of his rising political profile in the country and decided to use media outfit and the President of the Anti-Corruption and Integrity Forum, Comrade Prince Kpokpogri to witch hurt him.

It was gathered that because Nwaoboshi is the Senate Committee Chairman, Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) and would be needed to attract contracts to the state, Okowa was not bold enough to come in the open to accuse him rather the governor is using stooges to fight him.

The federal lawmaker has threatened to dump the Anioma agenda come 2019, if Okowa continues the media attack on him while regretting that his return to the senate might become impossible as his image has been wrongfully portrayed to the public by Okowa and loyalists.

It would be recall that the duo during the campaign year were together as Nwaoboshi seized the opportunity to see stakeholders in the district which gave him the edge over his rivalry, former Delta State House of Assembly (DTHA) Speaker, Rt. Hon. Victor Ochei, who contested against Nwaoboshi under Accord Party.
