Information available to 247ureports.com indicates that the Anambra political theater has opened new scene as the Appeal Court sitting in Abuja dismissed the PDP application that had called to question the leave of the court over the joinder application granted to Chief Umeh to join the main appeal against the judgement of Justice Chikere of the Federal High Court Abuja.
Immediately after the ruling this morning, PDP has headed to Supreme Court to challenge the ruling.
Meanwhile, hearing on main appeal and other applications filed by UPP and MPPP will commence on September 21.
