Loading ...Information reaching 247ureports.com from sources in Onitsha indicate that the soldiers operating out of the 302 Onitsha military cantonment invaded the hospital where the injured victims stemming from the army shooting of the celebrants of the release of Nnamdi Daniel Kanu on Thursday December 18, 2015.
According to our source, “the security men came to the hospital in the midnight and took all the victims hospitalized to unknown destination”. The injured victims were hospitalized at the Multi Care Hospital Omagba Phase 11 in Onitsha. The number of victims carried away by the army was reported to number 15 while 5 others that were taken away were family members who had come to care for their injured relatives.
In talking to one of the relatives of victims, he [Obinna] confirmed that his brother who sustain injury to the hands and legs was taken away in the midnight by security men to unknown location. Obinna who hails from Ebonyi State stated that the whereabouts of his younger brother remains unknown. He added also that his other brother who was with the victim at the hospital was also taken away by the security men. Their communication gadgets were also taken away.
According to the coordinator for Campaign for Democracy [CD] for the south east zone, Dede Uzor A. Uzor, the health condition of the victims taken away were critical and life threatening. “Some have bullets inside their stomachs and others inside their legs. Some others are still bleeding“, said the human right activist while calling for the federal government to do a complete overhaul of the 302 Onitsha Military Cantonment.

Why would military treat humans like this , They suppose do send security to guard those patients until they recover. Then they can be prosecuted for whatever . If ever they are guilty.
