It started at the Commissioner Of Police office in the morning where most of the senatorial aspirants of the PDP in Anambra State went for the materials for the Primary election since the panel deposited the materials to CP when they arrived Awka .
Due to the tension at the station , CP then told the aspirants that he would not release the materials for the election since it was likely to cause break down of law and order due to the existing Court Judgement against the delegates list.
You may recall that Chief Ken Emekeayi ( immediate past State Chairman and also acclaimed Chairman ) of the party got Court Judgement that nullified the Caretaker Committee set up for Anambra .
The Court also set aside whatever thing the Committee must have done on the bases of them standing as Anambra State Caretaker of PDP.
Most of the aspirants then insisted that the Party should organised another delegates election since the court has invalidated the one that came through the nullified Caretaker.
The CP then withheld the Materials
