I have been deluged with the many false accounts and blanket allusion to some public officers as to the cause or masterminds of what many may term “the Samuleson’s travails”.
While these cliques in brazen desperation to link the recent cult cases of Samuelson and his subsequent arrest and detention to the persons of Speaker Benjamin Uwajumogu and the governor of Imo state, Gov. Rochas Okorocha, I wish to say on the contrary that these men should not be in any away, be linked to the unfortunate incidents of Samuelson.
In recklessly criminal manners, the proponents of Citizen Ikenna Samuelson in falsehoods and malicious trade have laboured strenuously but in vain to sell to the public of a dummy that the many crazy cases of their infamous cult ordeal are being masterminded by the aforementioned duo.
If there is something that motivates me to write- it is to write to make clarifications in the midsts of many lies and distortions of facts. The lies of the Samuelson’s group to the public are becoming an unbecoming and should not be left un-perforated because when lies are repeated over many a time,it is deemed or mistaken as truths and the gullible ones will only have an option_to accept it.
Now I write to give the true and factual accounts of what really transpired with Samuelson and his cult case.
Lending credence to the words of John F Kennedy, the former American president in one of his famous quotes, which that “The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie, deliberate, contrived and dishonest, but the myth, persistent, persuasive and unrealistic.”
The small malignant group of Samuelson have continued to be painting an unrealistic and untrue situations of event that took place during the cult incidence and the subsequent arrests of Samuelson, they have persistently in dishonest and insincere manners, told the public how innocent people who had no hand in the travails of Samuelson are the masterminders.
Albeit , having written several piece about Samuelson and the Uwajumogu debacle, I restrained myself to write further about them since the matter was to some great extent, being taken care of. But of late, people have been beckoning on me to give the true accounts of the current issues of the cult case of Samuelson and having followed the case religiously from ab nitio, I think it will be incumbent of me to give the truthful and factual accounts of the situation.
In very honest and in my frank position of the incident, I am of the view that nobody Should Link Mr Speaker or the governor to Samuelson’s Odeal, having so many facts that informed my conclusion which also after reading my factual account, the reader would have no other option than to re-echo my position . So,If any one should write about this matter, I am well positioned to do so.
Despite the fact that I have been one of the most visible and strongest critics of this government on the social media platforms, it will be an act of cowardly of me if am to shy away from the truths, I owe it as a duty and an obligation to preach honesty and say things the way they are and as always.
It is my sincere view that it will be an act of criminality for any one or group of persons to link the arrest of Citizen Ikenna Samuelson to Rt. Hon. Benjamin Uwajumogu or governor Rochas Okorocha, we all know how boisterous Samuelson has been on having access to people he regards as  ‘his boys’ and the scenario that played out prior to his arrest and I will summarize below the true accounts of what happened for those of you who do not know.
It is pertinent to note that I personally reported the activities of the rampaging cult groups on the social media platform, how they unleashed terror to that part of the town. I can still recall vividly, on the day of the first incident being sunday at Njamanze-Tetlow axis and when I raised the alarm of the ugly situation, a friend of mine gave me a number of the police men on patrol which I eventually contacted and at the end of that day, it was a huge success with the police men apprehending about 3-4 suspects of the cult boys disturbing the neighbourhood.
After that very sunday, during some few weeks after, some media in the state also reported similar cases of cult boys disturbing the activities of the people in Nekede and some other days, in different parts of the town. For some period of weeks in Owerri municipality, there were several disturbances from cult gangs and it was not too far from the time of this unrest in Owerri that Samuelson got arrested.
On inquiry on why Samuelson was arrested, I got to learn that the cult war that ravaged Owerri, the Imo State Capital for that period of weeks did claimed a life in Samuelson’s house according to Imo state police command.
Why would Samuelson be arrested? Somebody would want to ask; it is instructive to note also that Samuelson Iwuoha and his wife do run a joint in their Elezianya crescent, Ikenegbu home which is a notorious drinking bar and said to be, according to some authoritative sources, a rallying point for a particular cult group which seems to be enjoying Samuelson’s sympathies.
Citizen Ikenna Samuelson Iwuoha himself confirmed that he saw a dead body of a young-man around his house. The wife also confirmed that she heard gunshots and noise when the violent incidence erupted and the Imo state Police PRO, DSP Andrew Enwere added that they found stains of blood showing that the young man was killed at Samuelson premises.
DSP Enwere maintained that those arrested in connection to the serial killings in the State are all suspected murderers including Samuelson Iwuoha.
It will therefore be strange and unfortunate for people who do not have the true knowledge of what really transpired to be pointing accusing fingers to public officers when there are no facts or evidences saying so.
To even contemplate that the speaker could do that to Samuelson who is a well known blackmailer and whose integrity and image are in severe questions is a smack of intelligence and common sense. Samuelson as far as the public commentary is concerned is of no value any longer because no one takes him serious any more and does not in any way constitute any threat to the speaker, even if he does, the speaker Benjamin Uwajumogu I know is not a vindictive type of person and can not have reduced him self to such a pedestrian level.
Samuelson and his group who are spreading lies over the places and pointing accusing fingers to Mr.Speaker and the governor should desist from doing so,face their cases and stop playing to the gallery to see if they can clear their selves off from the unfortunate mess Samuelson finds himself into.
The police should be allowed to do their constitutional duties while the members of the public waits for the outcome of the whole scenario.
Samuelson’s desperate cliques should therefore know that they can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but they cannot fool all the people all the time, they should look for the next story to tell because the people now know better.
