Supporters of Sokoto State Governor Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko (SARKIN
YAMMAN SOKOTO) today stormed the venue of Peoples Democratic Party
(PDP) North-west rally, Murtala Square, with campaign vehicles branded
with “Wamakko for 2015,” leaving people wondering what Wamakko’s
supporters are doing at the PDP rally.
The crowd at the Murtala Square, however, lacks the swell of a
North-west rally, as the venue looks empty and deserted, with few of
Kaduna State Governor Ramalan Yero’s supporters seen gallivanting
around in branded T-shirts of the governor.
