Information reaching 247ureports.com indicates that the Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi has opened new Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] secretariat in Port Harcourt. The new secretariat is reportedly loyal to the nPDP faction led by Baraje.
The secretariat is said to be the former campaign office of Governor Amaechi. It is located at old GRA.
